Ramada By Wyndham Pasadena Hotel

This hotel suits me perfectly! The 24-hour reception and internet access make my stays hassle-free. The staff was great, especially when they helped my elderly parents during our first visit. I'll be back for another weekend!

The staff were excellent and took care of us. The whole room was impeccably clean with a very comfortable bed and microwave, as example. The breakfasts at the front desk.

The overall condition of the hotel fell short of my expectations.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. Location was good, it was 10 minutes walk to Pasadena city college (PCC) and only 5 minutes drive from the main restaurants/bars. Breakfast was decent as was the jacuzzi and the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. In summary, definitely a nice quiet hotel with clean spacious rooms.

The only criticism I have is the lack of a security deposit box.

Noisy, especially when busy in the week end

Friendly waitstaff, nice breakfast, sufficient beds, nice tv.

There are giant 1 1/2 inch spaces under the doors; the walls and ceilings are extremely thin, i.e. could hear neighbors as if they were in my room. People driving into the parking lot blasting music at all hours is very audible from inside the rooms. The refrigerator was broken.

Internet worked well. Check-in staff was friendly, but the room was dirty and uncomfortable.

The breakfast at the front desk. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and the location was favourable close to a train station. Ate at Top Restaurant, it's just a short walk away from the venue.

I found it super convenient to explore Tournament Park, just a short walk away, and the local dining options, like Chris' Korean BBQ, were only a few steps from the hotel. The hotel could improve their cleanliness standards.
